Terry (Sydney Central Coast BAS Agent) – WordPress website for Bookkeeping Business

 

Terry completed the WordPress Training Course in 2014 when she was starting her own bookkeeping business.  Now, she’s working as a bookkeeper full time for a company, as well as running her own successful business out of Kapooka NSW.

Using social media community pages to advertise her business, Terry finds that online marketing is a great way to find clients.  She also loves the creative aspect of designing her WordPress website, as well as using Canva to make professional, informative posts that showcase her business’ services.  

When she’s not doing the books for her clients, Terry works in finance for a local golf club, doing a range of tasks from payroll to syncing inventory systems to sending invoices.  She’s used Xero for years now, as well as some of its many integrations like Hubdoc and Stripe. 

Running her own business and working full time means Terry’s weeks are rather busy, so she tries to do her personal business work in the evenings or weekends.  Her ‘me-time’ comes in the form of listening to some podcasts on her drive to work!
