Q What course prices will EzyLearn beat?
A. Our Lowest Course Price Guarantee applies to courses that are offered by Australian or New Zealand organisations.
Q. Who will EzyLearn accept course quotes from?
A. Other Australian training companies, course creators and other Australian registered businesses and websites. The quote must be printed on the competitor’s letterhead or, if from a competitor website, must be printed and clearly show the website and must also be at the final payment stage.
Q. What does available mean?
A. The course must be available and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us. Available means that the identical course you have received a genuine quote for is currently saleable and available for enrolment on the same dates and for the same number of students. The quote must show the date it was created. Our Lowest Course Price Guarantee does not apply to prices or quotes from other EzyLearn partners or EzyLearn own website(s).
Q. What if I want to enrol into a different course than on my original quote?
A. The price beat applies only for enrolment into identical courses on the same dates and for the same number of students and in the enrolment.
Q. When can I ask EzyLearn to price beat?
A. Your course quote must be in writing and must be presented to us on the same day as it was created and must be presented to us prior to enrolment. It does not apply to written quotes presented to us after the day it was created or after enrolment. Our Lowest Course Price Guarantee applies only against your initial genuine written quote.
Q. What happens if EzyLearn needs to check my quote?
A. If we suspect or believe your written quote contains pricing or a course displayed in error or that the pricing, availability to enrol on the same date and for the same number of students we have a 24 hour period to investigate the pricing and BEAT it by $10 per person. If we determine that the pricing or course you have been quoted is invalid, incorrect or unavailable, we will endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements. If we determine that the pricing or course you were quoted was valid, correct and available at the time presented to us, then we will BEAT it by $10 per person.
Q. What if I want to use this price for my friends to book?
A. The quote must reflect the number of students looking to enrol as per the genuine written quote. Of course, if we can book everyone at the same low price we’ll do so.
Q. Will EzyLearn beat quotes from foreign websites or for courses that are delivered outside Australia?
A. No.
Q. What happens if EzyLearn beats the price I have been quoted?
A. If the qualifying criteria are met and you pay in full on the same day (using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote) we will beat your course quote by $10 per person. You will need to enrol at our enrolment page and choose the package which is agreed by us to be identical and you will receive the discounted price as a refunded rebate that will be process at the time of enrolment processing.
Q: Will I learn for free if EzyLearn is required to beat my course quote and doesn’t?
A. Yes. If we are unable to offer the discount price you will be able to learn for free.
Q. What happens if I have already enrolled and then find a cheaper price for the same course but I have not paid in full?
A. EzyLearn will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to enrolling. EzyLearn will be happy to re-enrol on the cheaper course if it is available at the time you are enrolling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original enrolment.
Q. What happens if I have already enrolled and paid in full and then find a cheaper price for the same course?
A. EzyLearn will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to enrolment. Of course, EzyLearn will be happy to re-enrol on the cheaper course if it is available at the time you are enrolling. Change and cancellation fees and conditions specific to your original booking will apply.
