Our Lowest Course Price Guarantee applies to genuine quotes from training and education providers and other Australian registered training organisations and websites for online training courses that are based in Australia.

The training course quote must be in writing and presented to us on the same day as it was created, must be presented to us prior to enrolment and must be for the same form of payment.

The training course must be available and any member of the public should be able to enrol into the training course when you give it to us. It must be for the same dates, software, course content and student support options. The written quote must show the date the quote was created and the final price including all applicable fees and charges (including booking / service fees and transaction charges for payment method).

Online courses that are available only to membership of a group, corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are not included. We will beat the price by $10 per person.

To reiterate, here are the steps you need to take:

Step 1: Send us a written quote prior to booking

Your quote must be in writing and must relate to standard courses which are available to the general public. Your genuine written quote must be presented to us on the same day as it was created and prior to enrolling with us and does not apply to prices from our own website(s). If your quote is from a website, it must show the final price payable at the final payment stage and must show all applicable fees and charges.
You can provide written course quotes from:

• Other Australian training companies
• Universities and TAFE; and
• Registered Training Organisations and online training websites

 

Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available

We will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be enrolled into by the general public when you send it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by $10 per person.

To take advantage of this guarantee, you will need to enrol when we beat the quote and pay in full on the same day, using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote.

The standard terms and conditions specific to your enrolment will apply. If the quoted course is not available, invalid or incorrect then we will endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements.

If we believe your written quote contains an error in the pricing of the course, or that the pricing, or course offered is no longer available to book on the same date and for the same number of students, we have a 24 hour period to investigate the price and BEAT it by $10 per person.
