Purpose of the role:

The Managed Funds Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining unit-holder, adviser and dealership records for Fund Managers, in accordance with statutory and service agreement standards.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Validating unit-holder transactions, i.e. applicants, redemptions, switches, off-market transfers and deceased estate transmissions
  • Shareholder/Unit-holder, Adviser and Fund Manager enquiries (Customer Service)
  • Data entry of new and updated unit-holder information
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of various management and client reporting
  • Collect, record and report statistical information for Fund Managers
  • Prepare correspondence (Writing Skills)

  • Attend to unit-holder enquiries in person (Customer Service)
  • Photocopy, scan, file and fax unit-holder information
